Making a provisional booking

Please download a general booking form and return it completed and signed to Patrick Syder Travel with a deposit cheque of £200.00 per person. Please note that by signing the booking form you agree that you have read and understood the booking conditions and accept them on behalf of yourself and all other guests included on the form.

Booking acknowledgement

Receipt of your booking form and deposit will be acknowledged by post with practical information notes about the specific tour and a detailed itinerary. Once the tour has reached the minimum bookings required, generally eight, you will need to purchase your flight. Syder Travel's preferred ATOL protected flight agent is Opodo UK and you will have the option to buy your flight from them by debit/credit card. Alternatively there is the option to book your own flight preference and arrive independently at the joining hotel of the tour. Finally you will receive a ground tour balance invoice due for payment eight weeks prior to departure. Flight tickets, tour documentation and luggage labels are issued up to two weeks prior to our departure

Cheque drawn in GB Sterling and made payable to Patrick Syder Travel

Bank transfer in GB Sterling to Syder Travel's Lloyds TSB Trust Account. If you wish to use this option please request bank account details when you make a provisional booking

Flight bookings to Opodo can be paid by debit and credit cards using their secure online system or by telephone.

Booking forms and detailed tour dossiers can be downloaded using Adobe Reader.
