Patrick Syder Travel operates a trust account through Lloyds Bank plc that complies with UK legislation providing financial protection for the customer. Your funds are held in this account and are not released until you have received your holiday. Should Patrick Syder Travel become insolvent and the tour not operate, your money will still be held in the account and will be fully refundable to you.
Patrick Syder Travel organises the ground arrangements only in each country where a tour is offered, and not an all-inclusive flight package. The tour price quoted excludes the international flight cost. As a result passengers have the flexibility to book their flights through our preferred IATA credited agent; Opodo Limited. Opodo are ATOL protected, which means that in the unlikely event of the airline becoming insolvent before or during the tour, monies will be refunded or an alternative airline provided to fly the group home. Alternatively, you can organise your own flight arrangements and join the group at the hotel on the first day of the tour.
Patrick Syder Travel is fully insured with professional indemnity insurance in respect of legal liability arising from its business as a tour organiser as defined in the package travel regulations 1992.
